What we collect

When you contact us through this site, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, company name, and message. When you become a client, we collect the business and billing information needed to provide and invoice our services. This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers and sets no marketing cookies.

How we use it

We use contact-form submissions solely to respond to your inquiry. We use client information to deliver contracted services, provide support, and process billing. Payments are processed by Stripe; your payment card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. Stripe's handling of your data is described in Stripe's own privacy policy.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our business (such as Stripe for payments and Resend for transactional email delivery), or when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required for legal and accounting obligations. Data is stored on infrastructure we operate, protected by access controls and encryption in transit.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@nuveris.com.
