Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026

Recurring services (hosting, email, managed services)

Recurring services may be cancelled at any time with written notice to support@nuveris.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; service continues through the period already paid. We do not prorate or refund partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Project work (automation and implementation engagements)

Project engagements are billed per the proposal or statement of work. Deposits cover work scheduled and begun; if you cancel a project before completion, you pay for work performed to date and any non-recoverable costs, and we refund the remainder of any prepaid amount.

Billing errors

If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days of the invoice date at support@nuveris.com and we will investigate and correct any error, including a refund where warranted.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
